This study examines the role of Trello, a digital collaboration platform, in enhancing consulting outcomes. Using a qualitative research approach, data were collected through semi-structured interviews with consultants and managers from service organizations and analyzed using thematic analysis. The results reveal that Trello significantly improves task allocation, workflow transparency, and strategic decision-making, contributing to better consulting outcomes. However, challenges such as resistance to change, lack of digital literacy, and infrastructure limitations were identified. The study also explores Trello’s potential in rural development, highlighting its role in fostering accountability and efficiency in community projects.
